Job Description:
Improve customer satisfaction on quality section.
Communication of specific customer requirements concerning quality topics.
Actively working as customer main contact window for all quality relative issues to provide
prompt response/service to customers.
Manage or coordinate customer communication for customer complaints FA status and 8D
reports.
Lead and cooperate with customer for non-NXP cause complaints reduction.
Field failure verification for customer complaints.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in engineering.
Excellent communication skill and strong analytical and problem solving skill
Good at English (spoken and written)
Strong PC skill especially on datamining.
Independent working behavior
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Automotive
Semiconductors and failure analysis knowledge
Familiar with 8D, 5 why, FTA, TS, VDA, FMEA, Control plan
